The site is loaded without images or is not loaded at all.

Hello! For three months, periodically, I can no longer access the site https://singulibrium.wordpress.com/ or it loads without any image from the gallery, respectively without the background and header image. Exception is only when using Tor Browser 8.5.5. All other browsers – Yandex 19.10.0.1522, Opera 64.0.3417.61, Firefox 69.0.3, Chrome 77.0.3865.120 load with errors. Maybe, is a bug on web-server wordpress ISP? My location is East Europe, Moldova. Any suggestion? Thanks!
PS Here is the issue screen recorder – https://youtu.be/bcYppwBA9bg

Please try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Did that make any difference?

Done. Even after clearing dns, cache and disabling browser extentions nothing change.

Very odd — so you get nxdomain for singulibrium.wordpress.com but not for en.forums.wordpress.com ?
Are you able to access any other WordPress sites when this is happening? Please try some of the ones listed at https://discover.wordpress.com for example.
And, from a prompt if you type something like this:
dig a singulibrium.wordpress.comvs the same command with another site hosted here, do you get the same thing?
It could well be an ISP issue, but, hopefully those tests will tell a bit more.

Yes. It is strange indeed. Sometime all works just fine, but another time dont at all. First bug was with my blog, after malfunction begins with my stats site. Later I discovered that WordPress forum also need to refresh several times for access it. This is why I was asking about ISP. Or maybe problem is with my internet provider?
Anyway, here is the test what you asked about – https://youtu.be/spsVmf1nbko

This sounds like an ISP issue, yes. Are you able to check if using a different internet connection makes any difference? Or else, does it help if you use a VPN to access your site (you already mention it works on TOR)? Those are the easiest ways to confirm if the issue might be ISP or location-specific.
Have you contacted your ISP yet to ask if they might be experiencing difficulty with connections to WordPress.com on their end?
Aside: thank you for the videos, but it’s much more helpful to us if you can paste the test output here. We cannot copy-paste the info to an internal report from a video, and we can read through the pasted output here in seconds, where viewing your video takes several minutes to get exactly the same information.
