The site Largest Contentful Paint element is showing very high

  While accessing google page speed insight it was showing that just a little logo that is not even a image, a text logo is causing a big issue of loading and increasing LCP For the blog https://getgovtgrants.com i tested it various time and finding the same issue again and again can some one help me how can i resolve this issue. Below i am adding screen shot of the issue that can be easily understood.
