Hi @dolfandds, this domain was owned by another user with a different email address, and that’s where we sent correspondence about the domain expiring.
Are you able to log into the correct account now?
Noting too, this domain expired some time ago and is now in redemption:
It essentially has been returned to the registrar, and we have to pay a fee to get it back at this point. So our steps will be to help you access the right account, then determine whether you want to pay the redemption fee so we can work on that process.

Note the email address there. Is it the same email address as the one on the renewal emails? If not, log out. Then log back in using the correct email address and contact us here. We’ll go from there.

I do not have access to brandon’s Old email as he no longer uses it. As I have stated I will pay whatever charges there are to buy the web address from myself. I can give you my sons phi line number to verify what I have told you as far as me paying for the site as well as coming up with the name. Thank you in advance Frederic kirsch
