  SSL certificates should renew automatically on sites hosted on wordpress.com. See this article for more information about HTTPS and SSL:

  If you’re using the WordPress open source software with a different hosting provider, you should contact them for assistance.

  Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account, and could you please share your site URL?
