Hi,
I paid for a starter plan for my website lindapaxling.wordpress.com on Dec 13 but when I go to the dashboard for the site the plan is set on Free and I have no way of connecting the starter subscription to my website. Hi there, do you still need help with this?
If the Starter plan doesn’t appear on the Upgrades>Purchases tab in your Dashboard, take a look at your account purchases at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases You should then be able to see where the plan was applied, as long as it was purchased with this same account.
Post back here and let us know if you need more help.

Also, are you trying to use your domain lindapaxling.com with your above WordPress.com site? Currently your above site’s HOME link leads to that domain but there’s no domain connection present. Here’s how to connect your domain https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
You’ll want to connect your domain once the Starter plan appears on lindapaxling.wordpress.com

Thanks for your response. When I go to Purchases > Billing history I clearly have a reciept for an Annual subscription/Starter plan for lindapaxling.wordpress.com but there is no info whatsoever on Active upgrades. There it is just blank.
Yeah, I had the domain lindapaxling.com connect to the wordpress.com before but since until the WordPress site recognizes my Starter plan I can’t do anything about that. -
Hey there @deeplinked, I see what happened: you upgraded to our first paid plan, upgraded again to the next paid plan, and then cancelled all upgrades. And while you were refunded for the upgrade to Explorer, that doesn’t automatically add Starter back for you.
I’ve taken care of that from our side. Let us know if you need more help!
