The Stats provided by WordPress are wrong

  The cumulative stats for the number of visitors is wrong. They may be correct for a single day, when unique visitors are identified. But, when you look at a week, month, or year, the stats simply add the numbers for each day instead of filtering those numbers down to unique visitors.

  I reported this months ago. However, the staff I spoke to simply didn’t understand.

  The problem remains.
