  If you’re just trying to empty your site and start over you can follow these instructions:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  If you’re wanting to delete the site entirely you can use these. Just be aware that this decision is permanent:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
