  To reset a page template, you can follow the steps in the video I recorded here: https://d.pr/v/qywDDX

  You do not need staff assitance to reset your template, but if you are trying to empty out your site as well as reset all templates, you can follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/empty-site/
