The sub-domain is taken?

  Last week I added a post to this forum, asking how I can change my sub domain from:

  http://www.rotarywatchesblog.wordpress.com TO http://www.rotarywatches.wordpress.com

  Some has already taken it, but is not using it. Is there anyway we can use this sub domain or find out who is? I would appreciate any help from the staff, so I can fix this issue.
