The subscription plan page does not appear

I previously had a refund record, and now when I try to pay with my credit card to use the paid features, the subscription plan page does not appear.

Hi there, can you give us more details? Are you getting an error message? Have you tried using a different browser?

The original payment page kept showing a blank screen.
After multiple tests, I found out it was because there was a chargeback penalty that the system didn’t display.
So the issue has now been resolved.
