The system doesn't let me change the theme ("cheating uh"?)

  I got a message asking me if I’m cheating. Did I violated any WordPress policy? I’m trying to customize one of my old Site’s appearance (I didn’t even remember that I have that wordpress domain -and it’s really my favorite-). Do I have way to many blogs now?

  Hi there. You must be logged in as admin under the exact same username that created that blog to be able to make that change. Did you perhaps create that blog using a different username account?
