  Did you mean transferring to a self-hosted WordPress.org blog? Here’s a support page that can help:

  If you wanted to transfer the contents of one WordPress.com blog to another, that can be done too:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-between-wordpress-com-blogs
