the text in my side bar gets cut off

  hi bloggers,

  is there a way to adjust the first widget on my sidebar? the text keeps getting cut off. is there a way for me to fix this without changing the size of the font? thank you in advance!

  you’ll have to bring the sidebar down. add
  padding-top: 10px;
  to the class, “sidebar” like this,

  #sidebar {
  width:230px;
  overflow:hidden;
  color:#222;
  font-size:1.2em;
  line-height:1.5em;
  float:left; padding-top: 10px;
  }

  You also need to better optimize your background image. 590k is way too large of a file size for a background image.
