The theme doesn't change

  I selected one theme when I started on WordPress, but now I want to change for another one (also free), I activated it and when I enter into customize window it shows me the firt one, not the new one. Am I doing something wrong?

  Hi there,

  In that case, you can try a basic troubleshooting. Please try the following things and see if the issue get resolved or not.

  1, Sign in and out to WordPress.com account and try activating the theme again.
  2, Clear your browser cache. (Browser Issues : https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/)

  Lately there have been some issues with theme leftovers after switching themes and Staff use a tool to reset themes in those cases. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   Please try clearing your browser cache. There are instructions for different browsers here:

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  If you refresh the page after clearing the cache, are you still seeing the old theme?

  Hi everyone.

  Thanks for replay. I tried cleaning my browser cacher, signing in and out, but still with the same theme, also I tried with another two browsers.

  What theme should be displaying? I see Cubic activated on your site.

  Can you create a screenshot of what you are seeing nestofsnakes? Please include as much of the browser as you can, upload your screenshot to Snaggy and share a link in your reply. I’ll take a look.
