The tool bar on editing or adding posts

    Two of my websites have two lines on the tool bar , the rest of them don’t. The second line provides a way to set paragraphs, underscore, Justify, Text color, paste as text, and others features. The ones with only a single line does not allow for those things. I had a post that had colored text until I changed the theme and second line of the tool bar disappeared and did not come back even after I changed the theme back to what it had been and I lost the color on the post. Updating the version of Word Press Plug in does not change anything either.
    Is there a way to get that two line tool bar to appear on all post editing, or adding?
    Please help me.

    Updating the version of Word Press Plug in does not change anything either.

    There has not been any published content in the site linked to your username since 2011. Be aware that we provide support only for blogs hosted by WordPress.COM. Our WordPress.COM support docs do not relate to WordPress.ORG software, and we cannot provide support for it. I strongly suspect you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
