I can’t validate my domain name purchase. I receive each time the message: “the transaction is refused” while the visa card has an endowment and valid for other sites.The address of the blog concerned is latrace.wordpress.com.

I checked our system and see all the declined transactions. The only message we’re receiving on our end as to why the transaction is declining is
Your card was declined.. In that case, I would reach out to your bank to make sure they are not allowing the transaction to go through with us.What country are you currently residing in? That may also be a factor as to why your card is declining.

Hi there, are you getting the same error consistently?
If the card itself is declining or not going through, you need to contact your card provider and request that they allow this charge.
If you try too many times with a card that is declining or erroring out, the system eventually refuses to attempt payment, and that’s what you had here earlier today. We have unblocked things from our end, but can you also contact the bank to sort out why it’s not going through?

Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Your card may also not be valid for online and international transactions. Your card issuer is the only entity that could shed some light as to what happens.
