  Hi! I’m interested in upgrading my jetpack plan, I have tried both debit cards Visa(INR) and MasterCard(Internation) but I unable to pay. error show me “The transaction was declined. Please try another card. ” please help me asap.

  Hi!

  Sorry that you are having trouble purchasing a plan. Let’s see what I can find out…

  I can see those attempted authorizations in our payment system and also that they were declined. But sadly, we do not have any additional information that would explain why they were declined.

  At this point, I’d encourage you to contact your bank and ask them what is going on here. It may be something on their end that is blocking the purchase.
