    Hello,
    I am trying to buy the WordPress.com Pro a bank card. However I get the message: ‘BlockPurchasesError. The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE’

    How can I bypass this?

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
