Hey there, our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.
Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. We’ll give them a heads up, too. Thanks!

WooCommerce Shipping and Tax
Billingdaddy failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU. We have tried everything. Even hired someone. Uninstalled , reinstalled, different cards, reconnecting Jetpack. on and on. Everything works fine except for the plugin taking our money. Do see anything about your reference to ” Purchases Currently Disabled” in the dashboard. VERY frustrating. So much time. Help

Woo Commerce Shipping and Tax. does not work. Everything is fine. Putting in size and weight, selecting a ship method. When you click Buy Shipping the above referenced message appears: Billingdaddy failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU. The error letters change and seem kinda random. Sometimes it says Stripe not installed. Dumb as we are not charging ourselves. The Plugin is supposed to be charging us. As I said we have tried everything. Seems to be a pretty common issue based on searches.

long time existing site. IrishTraditionsOnline.com. Implemented WooCommerce Shipping and Tax, worked for a week or two and stopped excepting payment for shipping labels. Has not worked in over a month. It is not a card issue on our end, we tried a couple, that are perfectly fine and work all day every day elsewhere. We have had websites since 90’s so not our first day, can’t make this plugin work though

@tipperarydomains – did you reach out to the billing team? The forums crew won’t be able to resolve an AXLZNE error. You should have a link for billing support on the message “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” If that is leading you to the forum, please let us know.
