    I tried to upgrade my package. Initially got this error, The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.
    After this, my purchases are disabled and i got an automated reply that my purchases are limited to the free package. What can i do. I am just new here trying to start my own blog, yet experiencing such stuff. Moreover there is no live agent to help me out here.
