    Hi, I want to pay for subscription plan using my active GCash Mastercard but promted ‘The transaction was declined. Please try another card’ by WordPress.com website. I want to know why? Thank you.

    Hi there!

    The only information on our end is that your bank declined the transaction. You would need to contact them directly to see why it was declined and if the purchase was blocked due to anti-fraud purposes, they can also clear that up so you can successfully process that transaction.
