  Hi, I used my GCASH Mastercard to purchase a WordPress.com Business ₱11,196. But the website declined my GCASH Mastercard saying, ‘The transaction I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi, I used my GCASH Mastercard and another alternative card to purchase a WordPress.com Business ₱11,196. But the website declined both cards saying, “The transaction was declined. Please try another card.”. May I know why? I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

  Hi there:

  As we informed you a few days ago, our only information is that your bank is declining the transactions. You need to contact them directly to clear up why they’re declining the charges first.
