    Hi,

    I tried to buy a starter one-year plan but my credit card has been declined. It’s a professional account but I managed to purchase something else just an hour ago.

    Hello,

    I don’t work for WordPress, but here on the forum I’ve seen many cards being declined.

    Your card may also not be valid for online and international transactions.

    It is common for banks to flag transactions they are unfamiliar with, to resolve this situation you need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction.

    @beletteteamstudio – I’m showing you were able to successfully complete that purchase earlier today. It looks like your bank was flagging those transactions as suspicious, which is common for online transactions, but have since cleared it up and allowed the purchase to go through.
