  In the twenty fifteen theme. Is there away I can have a default banner at the top of every page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, but custom header images on the Twenty Fifteen theme display at the peculiar dimensions of 954 w x 1300 h. A custom header may be added at the Customize page or at Appearance > Header.

  I just noticed that a custom header image actually appears as a background image for the left margin content (title, pages, widget area) of the Twenty Fifteen theme.

  Appearance > Header:
  Those are menu items in your classic dashboard admin panel.

  So there is no way of having it centered then?

  Perhaps with CSS customization, but it would probably be more trouble than its worth. There are so many themes, hundreds, which allow a banner at the top of each page.

  I picked this theme because of it’s accessibility for vision impaired people. :) Thanks anyways.

  You’re welcome. You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar here to call for staff attention. Perhaps staff can suggest other alternatives for those with vision impairment issues.
