The upgrade to Premium (or business) buttons are not working

Premium upgrade button doesn’t work. Business upgrade doesn’t work either. Have tried them multiple times over the last couple weeks on multiple machines, browsers, and via different ISP’s. Want to transfer over my wordpress.org sites to wordpress.com, but can’t do that or get to anyone in support without buying the upgrade. Anyone have any info?

Which page are you trying to upgrade from? Are you trying the upgrade button from this page?

Tried if from every page that I could find a button, including that one. None of them worked.

I seem to be caught in a loop. I have two sites on wordpress.org that I want to transfer over. I did sign up with wordpress.com to have a user account, and am now trying to upgrade to the premium so I can actually do the transfer. When I click on any of the upgrade to premium buttons they simply blink and do nothing, even when I am logged in as a user. I’ve had three different people try it on multiple browsers, from multiple ISP’s, etc. so does not seem to user error…

Try creating a free blog first here https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/
Once you have your free blog,
something like yoursitename.wordpress.com,
you can then purchase upgrades for it. -
bostonbaritone, I agree with honeysilvas. All upgrades are attached to a blog, and if you have no blogs on your account, you would be unable to purchase upgrades.
You won’t need Premium to transfer a blog though. Here’s a support article that explains how you would go about importing a blog into WordPress.com:
