  Hello there, the ability to upload and install custom, 3rd party themes on WordPressdotcom is available with the Business plan upgrade. Otherwise, you can activate any of the 288 free and Premium themes found in our WordPressdotcom Theme Showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/
