Why does the URL clicked from the category of each article become tag?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It causes the URL can not be linked to correct one. It should be the category, not the tag.

Search engine treat Categories and Tags in exactly the same way. The global tag pages at wordpress.com treat Categories and Tags in exactly the same way. Every tag and or catgory you assign to a post becomes a URL and every published post appears on the global tag pages under the tags and/or categories you assign to it. All visitors who click these tag URLs or the category URLs displayed on your posts are directed to the wordpress.com global tag pages. All links in the categories and tags widgets direct only to the posts in your own blog. This cannot be changed unless you use the iNove theme which has a feature that can be used to suppress the display of tags and categories on your posts.

Your category widget in the sidebar is working: I can see your posts in each category.
For example: http://ultrasense.wordpress.com/category/邂逅/
That category has 2 posts, and I see two posts.
