The use of Media Queries on Vantage and Spacious Themes
-
This is something i have had working before on the Spacious. Now I have updated the theme, the media queries then doesn’t work.
the main one i need working is 1085693996.n41360.test.prositehosting.co.uk/
if you look at the footer on a mobile in portrait view you will see this problem which is clear to see.
my whole intention with the Media Query it to change what the user sees after the width of the browser gets below 400px it changes.the code snippet that i am using is
@media all and (max-width: 400px) { #hideonmobile { display: none; } } @media all and (min-width: 401px) { #hideonpc { display: none; } }this has worked in the past but it seems isn’t this time around when I have come to use it.
If i could get a bit of advise on why this isn’t working

Hi there,
I would say 1085693996.n41360.test.prositehosting.co.uk/ could be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, not a site on WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities whose differences are explained in this support topic.
This is WordPress.com forum, but you can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/
I hope that helps you but pointing in the right direction.
