‘The user is blocked from creating a new site’

  Hey,

  I have a super old account I didn’t know I had from 2008, that I never used. So, I would like to make an account, and am trying to buy the $4/mo account, but cannot get past this. I thought it was because I needed to complete the rest of the security requirements, but I did that to no avail.

  Any idea?
