The username I want is not available

    I signed up the username quran262.wordpress.com on my primary email but then i created another email to match my site ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I deleted the quran262.wordpress.com from my primary email account abut now when I try to add it to the new email account it shows that its not available. I waited for over 24 hours and still the name is not available. I also cannot find a direct email for wordpress.com to ask for help. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? -Thanks

    Hi there:

    We note that when you delete your site, deleting a site permanently removes it, and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.

    You can request the site be recovered within our 30-day window, however, the request needs to be made from the WordPress.com account that owned that site.

    You would need to log out of your 262quran account and log into the other account, then post a reply here and we’ll be able to help.
