The visual editor row 2 is missing

  The visual editor row 2 is missing which means I can’t format the writing in my post like, changing font colour, paragraph alignment and others. I have cleared the browser cache before, switch browser using it, and the visual editor still remains only row 1.

  May I know is there any solution for this? Thank you.

  Look at the row of icons. The last one on the right should look like a box with a lot of coloured boxes in it. Click it. That’s the Kitchen Sink icon.

  got the same problem: missing row 1 and 2 . And there’s no row of icons or anything else to solve the problem.
