The Visual Panel is not accessible for me

When i want to post a new item or when i want to edit the previous ones, the Visual Panel is not accessible for me. i can only see some codes there… why? does anyone here has the same problem? can anyone help me with this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In your dashboard, go to users > your profile and make sure that “Disable the visual editor when writing” is deselected. Make sure and click “update profile” at the bottom of the page.
Also, log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and try again.
