  Hi there. I created an account today to make a blog, i ama student trying to work things around in my computer to post my stories.

  But since i created the account I cannot access the display version and i cannot customize any settings. I cannot see how my published writings are previewed in the website.. i am very concerned. Is there any particular software i need installed for this to be working. Can you let me know?

  I believe you are referring to the Customizer, can you log into your account on WordPress.com? If you can, go to My Sites and choose your site, then click on Customize next to Themes in the left-hand column.

  Tell me where you run into trouble during that process.
