  this was our domain, but it cannot be accessed. I think we bought the sever service from wordpress. apprciate your hep. vitalbox.cn/wp-admin

  Hi there!

  I checked our records and found that the domain vitalbox.cn wasn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s currently pointing to the nameservers of hichina.com, which may be a hosting company you were using. If you used WordPress on that domain, it was the open-source version of WordPress.org.

  We can help with WordPress.com sites in this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  The domain is loading a site now, but if you’re having trouble accessing the site’s dashboard, please contact the hosting service provider. Only they can help you with logging into the site.
