  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  With that said, you can manage it through your WordPress.com account by connecting the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
