The website listed in my account settings as my primary domain is not mine can I get it deleted?

  When I login to WordPress.com & go to the My Sites link (upper left corner), in the list the websites that I manage/own, there is a website that is not mine. This particular site hasn’t ever been mine. I would really love to remove it.

  The site is: https://business-accountant.com which does not belong to me

  Can I get a WordPress admin to delete the rogue website from my account?

  A random website is listed as my primary website, if I delete it will it affect my actual website?

  Hi @guernseyfinancialmanager, I just see one site here on our servers, so that one should be selected as the primary site. If you still need help, could you send a link to the affected site?

  Also! If you’re just wanting to change the default link that shows up when you make comments and what not, use the Web Address field here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  The primary site is just the default on that you’re working on with WordPress.com, if you have more than one.

  Hi David! I’d just responded to your other thread, but I see what you mean now! Somehow you’re a member of that site. Do you know them?

  We could remove you from the site if needed, but the posts there are somehow listed in this account’s name.

  Let us know whether you’d like to be removed from that site and have all articles thread credited to the site owner.

  Hi Supernovia, I’m not quite sure why I have a WordPress.com account if it is not used to access my website (I did not set it up)?
  I have a website https://www.guernseyfinancialmanager.com which I believe is built using a WordPress theme but it is hosted on GoDaddy and I can access the admin side there. As long as nothing affects my actual site I am happy to be removed from the https://business-accountant.com (I was once a member but no longer).
