  How do I get the primary website listed in my account to be my actual website?

  The Primary site is a drop down when you have more than one site in your account. If your actual website isn’t there, that means either this WordPress.com account isn’t the site owner, or it’s a WordPress.org site on another host. If it’s the first, login to the WordPress.com account that owns it. If it’s the second, login to your /wp-admin and install Jetpack, then connect to this WordPress.com account.
