  Sorry about that – there was a short network issue which lasted about 3 minutes that probably caused that error. Everything should be working fine now though. If you are still having trouble, please let us know.

  how do i get a clear picture in the heading, i have spent hours trying to get a good clear picture of a piano/ piano keyboard ?
