The whole blog content is gone

  After adding some new content to the blog the whole blog ist gone, all 6 month of blog writing is gone and nothing in the recycle bin. Why did that happen? Is there any solution such as backup to restore the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
