The word [Edit] appears at the top of my some of my pages/posts
-
Although the Status field on the Edit Pages dialog says ‘Published’ the word [Edit] appears on the top of some of my pages and blog posts. I can’t find a setting to change this.
Thanks.

Hi there,
The [Edit] is only visible to you. Because you are the blog owner, you have the option to edit each of your posts by clicking on the [Edit] link available on your front page.
If you want to test this out, you can log out of your WordPress account and visit your blog. The [Edit] should no longer appear.
I hope this helps!

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I opened my blog from IE and [Edit] is still visible at the top of the page..
Also, [Edit] appears on some pages and not on others, so I’m thinking that there must be a setting somewhere that can be turned on or off. I have another blog with WordPress and have never had this problem.
Thanks. -
When I visit your site as a typical user, I do not see any [Edit] on the front page. Can you let me know if you were logged into your WordPress account in Internet Explorer? Did you see a gray admin bar at the top of the screen?
