The word "Edit" appears on a page

  on my first website, the word “Edit” appears after the page text heading. When I edit the page I cannot see the word “Edit” but once the page is published it appears. See Jamesbayhandyman.ca

  Any help would be appreciated! Thx.

  Hi there,

  That Edit link is only visible to you as a site admin, and is there to allow you to easily make changes to a page without having to go to the dashboard and looking for the page there first.

  Visitors to your site won’t see that link. You can check that by logging out and viewing your site, or viewing your site in an incognito browser window :)
