the wordpress does not recognise my username and password for one of my sites

    Since yesterday, I was trying to update my wordpress page, and it does not recognise my username and password. All possibilities of other persons accessing my computer are excluded. The only modification made was to do a simple backup of the contained data. The wordpress page is an academic journal, I am the wp-admin since 2010 and this is the first time this is happening. I really need a solution! Thank you in advance

    That looks like a site running a self-hosted version of WordPress.org. This support forum is for sites hosted here at WordPress.com

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different things: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
