  The WordPress free library won’t load like before.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,
  
  To clarify, are you referring to your site’s media library? Are the images in that library not loading for you?
  
  If so, this may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?

  I meant -to say that the Free Photo Library hasn’t been loading. I have cleared the browser’s cache but it still is not working.

  @oceanlover17af23706930 are you referring to “PEXELS”? If so there is a known issue, please see this thread https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/the-pexel-photos/
