  I would like to discontinue my paid account with wordpress and utilize the free service.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’re all set. The only paid upgrade on your account is your domain name absutrafitness.com which expires next month. After that, your address will be http://absutrafitness.wordpress.com/

  I can cancel the domain now, but you’re registration is good until September 1st. May I suggest leaving the domain active until it expires to allow for folks who try to visit your site at absutrafitness.com over the next few weeks?

  You’ll still get the reminder e-mails, but can safely ignore them. Your service will continue using our free services without interruption.
