The WordPress store page for setting up a redirect is not working

  The store page for purchasing a redirect is not working. I am following the instruction in this article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/#getting-started

  When I go to the page linked: https://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/redirect/

  Clicking the “Redirect your site” button does nothing. Anybody know what’s up with this?

  Do you have a .wordpress.com blog registered here? If yes, then what is the URL starting with http://

  All upgrades sold here apply only to blogs hosted by WordPress.COM.

  Know that without registering a WordPress.COM hosted blogs and without being logged in as Admin under the exact same username that registered the .wordpress.com blog there will be no blog that any upgrade can be applied to and this will fail every time.

  Hi @susongad64,

  It doesn’t look like you currently have a site setup at WordPress.com so the site redirect option isn’t available. Are you in the process of setting up a site?

  Hello, thanks for the replies.

  The website in question is https://mugofloveweddings.wordpress.com/

  I thought I used to control that site from this account. It had been a while since I logged in, however.

  Can you help me figure out what account that site is associated with?

  Hi @susongad64,

  Unfortunately, I cannot tell you the user account that the site is registered under. However, I can tell you that it is registered under a different account than the one you’re currently writing from. Do you remember any other logins you may have had at WordPress.com?

  Hmm unfortunately not. I will look into what other usernames/emails we could have been using.

  If the site has a contact form try filling that out – or leave a comment – if the comments are set to moderate the Admin should be sent an email

  Good tip on the form @auxclass! @susongad64 – The account recovery process is the route to go if you don’t remember the login information. We’ll need a few bits of information to verify your account (should be prompted for that info on the form).
