The /wp-admin/ is missing in the dashboard

Can’t get help from the forum.
I have tried everything I have scanned the WWW for.
When I login, the /wp-admin/ flashes then my website URL is all that shows in the address bar. The dashboard loads just fine. Everything is there.

If I try to click on say settings, I get a 404 because the /wp-admin/ is missing. I have to copy the link, paste it, then manually type in the /wp-admin/. I can’t update many settings because the update/save button just takes me back to 404 or the home page.

    I’ve done it all…..
    Clean install…
    Config changes…
    Themes…
    Plugins..
    You name it.
Even crashed and had to do a system restore!
Clean install of PHP and MySQL
    Added PhpMyAdmin…
    Using Sambar Server 7.0
    Windows 8.1
I’m at a loss and can’t waste any more time on it. Have other things to get done.
    Thanks.

Assuming you are referring to http://whitewolfgold.wordpress.com/ the Admin login link is http://whitewolfgold.wordpress.com//wp-admin/

However, what you posted above seems to refer to a WordPress.ORG software install rather than a WordPress.COM hosted blog.

We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.
    Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers until you confirm the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog you refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.
