The wrong avatar appears on our group blog

Hi: an existing wordpress user has two identities, isobelandcat and guideisobel. Every time I send her an author invite for our group site, letterfrombritain, she accepts and the wrong identity appears in our sidebar – she wants her guideisobel identity. Can you help us please?
