  I can’t add my woo commerce plugins with wordpress.com. If I can’t add these plugins then I need to change the account to wordpress.org

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  You cannot change your same account from wordpress.com to wordpress.org as they are 2 different platforms/products. There’s no connection between them.

  However what you can do to achieve your goal is,

  1. download the wordpress.org package from https://wordpress.org/download/
  2. get a web hosting plan and a domain. (There are also free options available for getting a web host and a sub-domain if you are just looking to try out wordpress.org, just google it.),
  3. install wordpress on your webhost using the .zip package you downloaded from wordpress.org. (To do this just follow the steps that will be provided by your web host),
  4. and then export the contents, of your wordpress.com blog and then import it on your wordpress.org site/blog. (Search for ‘export’ on this forum to know more about exporting contents from your blog).

  Please Note This:
  During the installation of the wordpress.org at your self-hosted site, you would have been given the login information. You sign in there using that login information. The wordpress.COM login information will not work on the self-hosted blog.
