  i can’t add new themes i don’t have a new themes button it showing a lots of themes picture

  Select a theme of interest to you from https://wordpress.com/themes
  You will see under each theme box, in the lower right of the box, there is an option for ‘demo’ or ‘activate’. Choosing ‘demo’ will give you a preview of the theme and it’s features. Choosing ‘activate’ will apply the theme to your blog.
