Do I understand correctly that you have an additional site at thefabulousflamingo.wordpress.com that you cannot access? Do you need to be logged in with a different username account, thefabulousflamingo?
If that is your account and you cannot access it you might try the password reset or account recovery process. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
No you don’t need an upgrade in order to access your account.
